2.  Everyone who contacts the site is treated with respect.  Their anonymity is preserved, and, if they share a story here, they have the right to adjust the story before final publication.  
3.  The nature of Fortean Belper is influenced by the work of Charles Forte (naturally) and also by the Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena.  It doesn't exactly trip off the tongue, but ASSAP is very helpful, and very important.  If you are not familiar with them, it is worth checking them out.
